Mostovskoy district offers to implement a promising project in the agricultural sector

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to invest into a project on the construction of a livestock breeding complex.

The investors are offered to invest into the construction of a livestock-breeding farm for breeding beef cattle. As expected, the projected capacity of the acting livestock-breeding farm makes 1,238 head of beef cattle Aberdin-angus. The products of the enterprise will be merchandised to the meat-processing enterprises and complexes of Krasnodar region and Southern Federal District.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 56.7 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 10.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 12 new jobs.

A land plot of 47,060 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Mostovskoy district, Gubskaya rural settlement, 800 meters in south-west from Cossack village of Gubskaya. There is a local road, Gubskaya Cossack village (2.7km), there. The distance to the federal highway «Gubskaya Cossack village– Barakaevskaya Cossack village" is 0.80 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Mostovskoy small town is 34 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 276 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Mostovskoy small town is 34 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 276 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 276 km.
