Mostovskiy district presents a large-scale agricultural project
The municipality will offer the investors to participate in a project on the construction of a greenhouse facility.
The municipality will offer the entrepreneurs to invest into a priority project – construction of a greenhouse facility for growing vegetables (cucumber sample). As forecasted, the facility will be able to produce over 8,200 tons of cucumbers annually. The products will be merchandized to large regional and federal shopping chains; enterprises of the canning industry; public catering enterprises; wholesale & retail trading enterprises.
The competitive advantages of the project and its favorable location determine the investment appeal of the project. In particular, low competition in this area is registered across the territory of the district; there are spaces at place to expand the project.
A business plan is was developed for the investment project. The project needs 564.9 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 6.3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 129 new jobs.
A land plot of 200,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the farm of Veseliy (Mostovskoy urban settlement). There is a local road, "Mostovskoy small town – Khamketinskaya Cossack village" (0.2km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Mostovskoy small town – Khamketinskaya Cossack village" is 0.2 km.
