It is planned to implement a project for the construction of a sports park in Mostovsky district
The municipality invites investors to finance a large project in the area of health & wellness and tourist resort.
The presented project envisages the construction of a sports park. It will incorporate sports and hotel complexes (the hotel could accommodate 604 people), a beauty сenter and SPA, a sports & health complex, a restaurant, Aquarian and entertainment centers and a parking lot. The services of ski lift lines, leisure, offers on ecotourism will be also available to guests. It is planned to provide services to 125 thousand people per year. Primarily, the project is targeted at residents of the Russian Federation.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 5,000 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 6 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 100 new jobs.
A land plot of 1,707,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Psebay urban settlement.
