A fish farm is planned to be constructed in the Mostovskoy district
The Administration of the Mostovskoy District prepared an investment project, during the implementation of which an enterprise for growing, processing and selling trout will be constructed.
It is also planned to sell red caviar and construct a recreation center, which will include a pond for fishing, a hotel and a cafe with a tasting room as part of the investment project. It is estimated that 450 tons of trout and 5 tons of red caviar will be sold per year, and 5,400 tourists will have a rest every year.
Such a project has high competitive advantages, as follows: a warm climate, competitive prices, the availability of modern technologies for growing fish, and preferential tax treatment of the fishing industry. In addition, agritourism is becoming increasingly popular among residents of Russia.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 310 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 61 new jobs.
A land plot of 217,820 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Mostovskoy urban settlement. The distance to the federal highway "Labinsk city – Mostovskoy small town - border of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic" is 2 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 240 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Mostovskoy small town is 38 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 240 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 245 km.
