The Mostovskoy district to present a promising investment project in the consumer sector

The municipality offers the investors to implement a profitable project on the construction of a shopping mall.

It is planned to build a new facility in the consumer sector – a shopping mall – in the urban-type settlement Mostovskoy. Two cinemas, bowling center, restaurant, children’s play spaces and shops. The adjacent territory will be well-furnished; it is planned to organize parking for 150 parking units. The complex will be able to service more than 91 000 visitors – residents, guests of the Mostovskoy district and Krasnodar region – yearly. As a result, gross revenue will make 75.8 million rubles, respectively, the amount of tax payments will make 25 million rubles.      

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 248.91 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 6.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 21 new jobs.

A land plot of 6,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Mostovskoy small town. There is a local road (0.01km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Mostovskoy small town – Bagovskaya Cossack village – Uzlovoy village" is 0.1 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 223 km. The distance to the nearest railway station Mostovskoy small town is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 223.
