The Mostovskoy district of Krasnodar region to present a mega-project on the construction of health resort and tourist complex
The municipal formation Mostovskoy district offers the investors to implement a large-scale project on the construction of a hotel complex.
It is planned to implement a promising investment project in the urban-type settlement Mostovskoy of Krasnodar region. Its purpose is to construct a hotel complex for 84 rooms. The room capacity of the projected hotel will include different class and bed space apartments. The total bed space of the complex will make 120 beds. A restaurant and conference-hall for 100 seats will be incorporated into the complex. It is planned to accommodate a free parking, organize recreational areas and build a garden house on the territory of the hotel. It is planned to locate the facility on the territory of 6758 sq.m., however, on the larger part of it (80% of the plot) landscape gardening and landscaping works will be conducted. Moreover, the total build-up area will make 1330 sq.m. (20%).
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 201.62 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 6.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 30 new jobs.
A land plot of 6,758 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Mostovskoy small town. There is a local road (100m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Mostovskoy small town – Bagovskaya Cossack village – Uzlovoy village" is 0.1 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 220 km. The distance to the nearest railway station Mostovskoy small town is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 220 km.
