Mostovskoy District presents a project in the tourism sphere

The Municipal Formation proposes an investment project for the construction of a tourist complex.

The investment project involves the construction of a hotel complex (two-storey building) with 25 rooms for 50 beds, as well as a dining room for 100 people and 20 two-bed cottages (a total capacity of the complex will be 90 beds). The project also provides the construction of a sauna, children’s playgrounds, sites for tents and arrangement of recreation areas and a parking area for 35 cars.

In total, the complex will be able to take 7,000 people per year – tourists and visitors of the Krasnodar, Stavropol and Rostov Regions and other regions of the South and the North Caucasian Federal Districts.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 94.7 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 7.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 19 new jobs.

A land plot of 100,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Shedokskoye rural settlement. There is a local road (1.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway Labinsk – Mostovskoy small town – a border with Karachay-Cherkessia" is 2 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Mostovskoy small town is 26 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 246 km.

The distance to the nearest train station Shedok is 6 km, and to the Krasnodar Airport is 246 km.
