Mostovskoy district of the Krasnodar region presents a profitable project in the consumer’s market sphere
The Municipal Formation proposes entrepreneurs to implement a promising project for the market construction.
A new market area with shopping pavilions for the sale of food and non-food group of goods is expected to be created within the investment project. The administrative building will be constructed on the territory of the market as well. The total building area is 2280 square meters, of which the retail area is 2,200 sq. m. The works on public services and amenities are also provided: the construction of the parking area for 30 cars, arrangement of road approaches and paths. In implementing the project, special attention will be paid to creating conditions for the disabled people and those with baby carriages.
A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 27.25 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3 years and 9 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 5 new jobs.
A land plot of 8,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Psebay village. There is a local road (in 100 m) there; the distance to the federal highway "Labinsk – Mostovskoy small town – a border with Karachay-Cherkessia" is 0.5 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Mostovskoy small town is 34 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 258 km.
The distance to the nearest Shedok train station is 7 km, and to the Krasnodar Airport is 258 km.
