Another investment project in the sphere of housing construction has completed its implementation.
Construction of the apartment building has been completed in the Mostovskoy district. The agreement of intent of the facility construction was concluded at the International Investment Forum "Sochi-2012".
The Stroytrans Company is a builder of the project. The house consists of three floors and includes forty one-room apartments and one three-room apartment.
The total investments for the project amounted to about 35 million rubles.
